Shipping & Delivery

Every Cathedral is made to order and dispatched within 4–5 working days of your order. You’ll receive tracking by email the moment it ships. Delivery costs and typical transit times after dispatch:

  • United Kingdom — Royal Mail Tracked 48, £3. Typically 2–3 working days after dispatch (about a week from ordering).
  • Europe — priority tracked, £8. Typically 5–7 working days after dispatch.
  • Rest of world — insured courier, £14. Typically 7–14 working days after dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

Every Cathedral is inspected, numbered, and signed off by hand before it leaves the workshop, and we stand behind each one completely.

Do we accept returns? Yes.

If your case arrives damaged, faulty, or doesn’t fit the AirPods model you selected, we’ll remake it or refund you in full.

How to start a return

Email hello@quad.supply within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. The 14-day window starts the day your order is delivered — never before — so you always have time to inspect it after it arrives. We’ll send return instructions and cover return postage when the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund timing

Once we receive the returned item (or approve your claim), refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Made to order

Because each piece is printed and hand-finished for one specific AirPods model, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns once production has begun — so please choose your model carefully at checkout. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights for faulty goods.
