Terms of Use

The Quad app is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, together with the terms below. If the two ever differ, these terms apply to the extent the law allows.

• What you get. Every pack and colourway in the app, plus new packs as we release them, for as long as your subscription is active. The free pack stays free.
• Plans. Quad+ Monthly and Quad+ Yearly. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
• Payment and renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• Free trials. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
• Cancelling. Manage or cancel any time in Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or from Settings › Manage subscription in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Quad+ until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
• Refunds. Purchases go through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

We design and release new packs regularly, and they’re included in Quad+ at no extra cost. Release dates and designs can change, and we may retire a pack from the shelf, but anything you’ve already put on your Home Screen keeps working while your subscription is active.

The packs, widgets, wallpapers and artwork are Quad’s work and are licensed for personal use on your own devices. Please don’t resell, redistribute or repackage them.

Weather comes from Apple Weather, sunrise and sunset are worked out on your iPhone, and music comes from Apple Music. We show them as they come and can’t guarantee they’re always accurate or available. Fitness widgets are for interest only and aren’t medical advice.
